About the Gentleman's Way

The Gentleman's Way has been started as a response to the issues that men are currently facing; Struggles in managing their emotions, managing expectations and responsibility and being connected to their own healthy version of masculinity. Founder Max Lawson saw these issues in his community, in himself and in wider society. He saw the disfunction of the current patriarchal systems and the subtle damage it is doing to men's wellbeing.  The aim of the Gentleman's Way is to work with men to support them to learn new ways of being and operating, where a man can feel meaning, joy, love, integrity and purpose.

About The Facilitator

Max is a Community Service Worker and counsellor. He has 10+ years in the Community Service Sector working in a diverse range of areas from refugee support, homelessness, mental health, disability and remote communities.
